A powerful, personalized 12-week coaching intensive to help you gain clarity, build a vision for your future, and create an actionable plan to make it happen.
Maybe something in your life needs to change, but the next step isn't clear. You have ambitions, responsibilities, and potential. What you need is space to get honest about where you are and a plan to move toward where you want to be.
Stand Sure Intensive is not another collection of motivational ideas. It's a coaching partnership built around reflection, challenge, accountability, and action.
Explore your values, priorities, strengths, and the direction you want your life to take.
Notice the limiting patterns, assumptions, and competing priorities that make progress difficult.
Build a practical plan, follow through on weekly commitments, and learn from what happens.
We look at the areas that shape your direction and sense of well-being. Your priorities set the agenda, and the process is personalized to you.
Purpose, values, meaning, and alignment with what you believe matters most.
Relationships, connection, presence, and the people you're choosing to invest in.
Intentional decisions, priorities, habits, and clarity around your financial direction.
Energy, physical well-being, personal discipline, and sustainable daily practices.
The four pillars provide a framework for reflection. Coaching is adapted to your goals and is not a substitute for clinical, financial, or other licensed professional services.

I'm Rob Anderson. My approach to coaching is shaped by military service and leadership, 20 years in the corporate world, extensive international travel, and the experience of working with people from many different cultures and backgrounds.
Those experiences taught me that knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things. As a professionally trained coach, I facilitate 300–500 hours of collaborative, confidential coaching conversations per year, creating space where you can think clearly, confront what's keeping you stuck, and turn new insight into intentional action.
My role isn't to hand you somebody else's plan for your life. It's to challenge and support you as you define your direction and begin moving toward it.
Your story, goals, and pace are your own. The same is true for the clients who've chosen to work with Stand Sure Coaching.
